How it works

Reliapay is designed with a project-based approach. When you upload a new project into the software, we assist in tracking project milestones and payment schedules. Based on this information, we secure milestone payments in advance of the agreed-upon dates. This process ensures that both parties are protected, and that the agreement is executed as planned.

By seamlessly integrating project management with secure payment distribution, our platform provides a streamlined and reliable solution. We understand the importance of progress payments and are dedicated to creating a fair and equitable process for all parties involved.

Step by Step Process
Download the app via Google Play or the App Store. Invite a company or client to join the app. Once the invite has been sent the other party will automatically be joining the project.
Create a new project uploaded to the Reliapay app or at www.reliapay.ca with all project milestones and payment dates.
Upload progress photos throughout the project to maintain alignment and ensure clear communication between both parties as work advances.
We work with our partners to ensure the payment milestone is held in trust 5-7 business days prior to the payment milestone. This offers security to both parties.
Once the payment has been completed on the platform both parties can agree on the release date by using the verified button.
On the payment release date both parties will need to use the verified button on the platform to have the payment released.
Once both parties have agreed the payment is released.
